There are some pieces you edit after a season and there are some pieces you keep for a long time.
Some people might find it silly, but I like to collect clothing from a few iconic designers. Valentino is one name. We were all very sad when Mr V himself retired, but thankfully Valentino continues to make such beautiful clothing and accessories which are timeless that one can hope to pass them down to their daughters.
Can you tell I love pink? The Valentino cashmere jacket I have had for some time now, it’s a cute bubblegum pink that brightens my usually dark winter ensemble. I find it difficult to find beige/sand bags & shoes that fit well and are stylish, thankfully Chanel and Roger Vivier always come to the rescue xoxo
